What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of receipt of your product. They must be in original condition and packaging. You can email your order number to jason@suburbansurvivalteam.com and you will be provided with the address to ship returns to. Original shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees. Once we receive your return we will notify you after inspection of items and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

How does free shipping work?

If your order qualifies for free shipping it will be shipped by the carrier of our choosing (primarily USPS) regardless of what option may have been selected at checkout.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards.

How long will it take to get my order?

After we receive your order you should receive an order confirmation in your email within 10 minutes. If you do not please check your spam folder. If you do not receive your order confirmation you may contact us to make sure the order was received. Once your order ships you receive your shipping confirmation which will include tracking information. Most physical products show in the bottom left of the product page how long until the item ships, it can range from next day to one week depending on the item.

Can I pick my order up?

Generally no. If you want to pick up your order in St. Louis, MO you must contact us first and get it approved.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are online only.

Do you sell on third party sites?

No. We only sell on our website, no Amazon, Ebay, etc. We do have some affiliate links in our articles that redirect you to their website. Any purchases made that way are through that company entirely. This is normally the case when we believe a product is of good quality and a value to you but that particular company only sells direct to the end consumer.
